To create an account on QQ88Bet, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Upon account termination for cause, QQ88Bet reserves the right to retain account balances where these are demonstrably linked to bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms. Where no breach is identified, account balances will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following satisfactory completion of outstanding KYC requirements.
Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by submitting a written closure request to QQ88Bet customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QQ88Bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
QQ88Bet's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
QQ88Bet does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party infrastructure failures may occasionally result in service interruptions. QQ88Bet will endeavour to notify Players of planned maintenance periods in advance where reasonably practicable.
The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data submitted by Players in connection with their QQ88Bet account is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
